Information Flow 
Mean of information relevant to the business from where it is produced and where it can be used

Internal Flows
Information generated by function are and shared with other department with the organization.

External Flows
Information passes to agencies outside the organization. 



The Red line is the External Flows and The Blue line is the Internal Flows
